Pricing
All projects are charged as follows:
1. Base price for Construction Drawings - $800
2. Add for finished basement - $100 (Unfinished no charge)
3. Add for second story or 1 1/2 story- $100
4. Add for Post Frame structure - $100
5. Remodels, Additions and other small projects will be charged by the hour - $60/hour
- An invoice will be sent to you once the final drawings are ready.
- Payments can be made online or by check in the mail.
- You will receive a PDF file of your construction drawings once payment is received.
- If desired, I can have the drawings printed for you and sent directly to you. There will be additional charges for printed drawings.
